In 1965, Harvey Gladstein resigned the vice-presidency of a New York City based property and casualty carrier to start his own firm, bringing to bear his sixteen years of experience as an adjuster, supervisor, department head, attorney and administrative officer, in claims as well as underwriting. Drawing upon his years of extensive service in a variety of national insurance carrier organization committees, Mr. Gladstein has continually expanded his role as a legal and claims consultant to carriers. They actively participate in a variety of local and national legal organizations and have lectured at bar association and insurance industry seminars.
